* Testing lead is to effectively perform test activities
* Must have understand the discipline of testing framework and process
* Must manage and implement or maintain an effective testing process
* Ensure the execution the and understand the defined test plan in various - Maintain responsibility for test analysis, development of test cases, test execution, defect validation/verification
* Must have extensive experience in testing activities like planning, test analysis, development, test data etc and test automation using Mercury Quality Center and managing testing activities and coordination with various stakeholder
* Experience with large systems test management and expertise with the product life cycle testing experience in PLMWindchill, PDMCatia environment. Good to have testing experience in aircraft configuration testing. Good communication..
